Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Carolina Wooden Toys & Gifts! Because many of our items are handcrafted and made to order, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. To initiate a return, please contact us at pgilham50@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Custom & Personalized Orders Due to the nature of personalized and made-to-order items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.
