Shipping policy

Processing Time: Most of our items are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow [3–7 business days] for your order to be made and prepared for shipment. Custom or personalized orders may require additional time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping: [5–7 business days] after fulfillment
  • Expedited Shipping: [2–3 business days] after fulfillment

International Shipping: We do ship internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
